“Mentzendorff & Co Ltd, wine shippers since 1858, seeks a Customer Services Assistant. The successful candidate will have a customer services background, dealing with order taking and processing including EDI. Other tasks will include invoicing, customer queries and liaising with the warehouse.

The successful candidate will display excellent telephone manners and IT skills (experience in excel, Interact EDI and SAGE Line 100 preferred), together with a strong sense of initiative and an eye for detail. Wine knowledge is preferred but not essential.”
