Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking to recruit a new Assistant Manager and part-time Wine Advisors to work between 10-25 hours at our industry-leading retail shop in Arthur Road, Windsor. Exact hours can be discussed at interview stage but will include weekends.

The Assistant Manager position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader with proven sales skills. Working in a dynamic and vibrant environment where excellent, highly personal customer service is essential, you’ll need to be a team player who really enjoys a challenge.

The right applicants will be enthusiastic, intelligent, highly motivated, be an excellent communicator and have an eye for detail.

Principle skills required are:

• training and motivation of staff

• high standard of organisation

• achieving sales/margin targets

• retail presentation

The right applicants for the Wine Advisor positions will also be enthusiastic, highly motivated, intelligent, be good communicators and have an eye for detail.

Principle duties for these roles include:

• providing the highest levels of personal customer service

• relationship building with our customers

• maintaining Showroom presentation to the highest standard

• ‘outbound’ calling to Showroom customers

The part-time positions are to cover between 10-25 hours, including evenings and weekends.
