NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPER
Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for new product, primarily within the off trade sector, this new role will focus on all aspects of product development from conception through to successful implementation. To be considered candidates will need at least three years experience of brand marketing alongside solid experience of working with a sales team responsible for UK off trade sales and experience of a business development type of role.
PRIVATE CLIENT SALES MANAGER
The Private Client sales manager has a pivotal role in Bibendums Fine Wine business and is responsible for developing and driving forward this business which has a 20 year track record of success. Leading a team of five sales people to deliver a sales budget of £5 million (and growing) the role has overall responsibility for developing and growing market share and reputation within the fine wine market and for ensuring that the fine wine strategy for sales to the on and off trade are executed in conjunction with relevant managers. Solid wine knowledge and expertise is a key pre-requisite, as is at least two years in a similar sales management role and a demonstrable ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
TRADE MARKETING - ITALY & CHAMPAGNE
A new role with key activities revolving around establishing and delivering trade market strategy, plans and budgets for Bibendums Italian and Champagne agencies. The role requires proven sales or trade marketing experience, an understanding of Italian culture and a genuine desire to work in the wine industry coupled with WSET advanced level wine knowledge and a good general education. A marketing qualification would be an added advantage.
