Davy & Company, an independent family owned wine

merchants trading successfully since 1870, is looking for a Retail Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee and market their wine shop in Greenwich and to continue to develop the direct marketing division of the business.

This is a varied and high profile role where the successful candidate will have at least 3 years management experience, be able to demonstrate experience in driving marketing campaigns, have a competent understanding of database management, and a proven track record of successfully leading and managing a retail team.

Candidates must display an understanding of business and systems, excellent communication and personnel skills, the ability to train, have a positive can-do attitude, be committed to maintaining the highest standards inline with company principles, and be totally professional in their conduct.

Salary is dependant on experience and a bonus scheme is applicable based on results.
